Although attached to the main house, it does have a separate entrance, private parking on the property, and comes with all modern conveniences, including air conditioning and a solar back up system. It is close to wine farms, shops and a hospital. There is direct access to a riverside walking trail. There is a gas barbecue and guests are welcome to use the pool.

Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep. There is 3 bedrooms one onsite with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and a king size bed. We now have back up power during load shedding.

Perfect place to set off to the beach, mountain biking routes, hiking or walking routes, excellent running routes and 5 minute drive from a world class golf course. Or you can lie by the shared pool, gym or play tennis. The cottage is looked after by the owners Dawn and Tanno , who take personal care to ensure a good stay. Regrettably, no under 18's.

Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time
