Perhaps you prefer to just relax and enjoy dinner on the deck or sit around a firepit and enjoy the evening. Whatever your preference, be sure to enjoy your "home away from home."

The Dome Home

We are nestled in the heart of apple country surrounded by orchards and only 10 minutes from Pine Grove Furnace State Park and 25 minutes from Gettysburg. Our Dome Home is unique and cozy with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the sounds of nature as you disconnect from the busyness of the world relaxing on the back deck. Our recently remodeled home has plenty of kitchen space and utensils to cook most any meal and is fully furnished. Two full baths with towels provided and WIFI is available.

Welcome, I am Debbie a busy Mama/Grandma with a bunch of millennial children (plus five grandchildren and 5 granddogs). I am excited to be able to offer my beautifully designed space close to Dickinson, the War College, Carlisle Fairgrounds, Appalachian Trail, Harrisburg and Gettysburg. You have your own off-street parking, private entrance and a large bedroom/sitting room with full private bathroom and a microwave/ mini-refrigerator for your convenience.

Charlie’s Place-Beautiful, quiet 2-bedroom cabin.

Our cabin is located on a private stoned road. Very quiet and remote location. Keep this in mind when booking. 25 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg, 40 minutes to Carlisle Fairgrounds. Near Michaux State Forest, Pine Grove Furnace State Park and Caledonia State Park; many hiking, ATV and snow mobile trails. For those that enjoy skiing we are 30 minutes to Liberty Mountain in Fairfield and 50 minutes to Roundtop Mountain in Lewisberry.

Tucked away behind the main road, this “Fairgrounds Flat” studio apartment is centrally located in historic Carlisle Borough. "Dream on Farm" has a cottage that is cozy, airy and very spacious. It is very comfortable for 2 and can accommodate 6. Full kitchen, living area and bathroom. Bring your horses and/or dogs. 25 min. from Gettysburg, 5 min. from local golfing. 1 acre fenced in for monitored dog run area. Great internet and smart TV. No cleaning or dog Fees so we ask you to be considerate. Thank you.
