It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Sono presenti due camere, due bagni e un accogliente soggiorno con divano letto, un giardino panoramico con vista sul mare, dotato di doccia esterna e di comodi lettini per prendere il sole e godersi il panorama mozzafiato e un secondo giardino riservato sul retro attrezzato con un'area barbecue.
