There are three other balconies in the apartment, not to mention a safe, security cameras, security doors, an intruder alarm and smoke detectors connected to the main office 24/7. Picture yourself swimming, taking a paddleboarding class, playing with your children on the sand, jogging on the shores of the Mediterranean or just enjoying the diverse cuisine of a district that is especially well known for its rice and fish dishes and its myriad bars. Dit historische pand is een van de weinige overgebleven karakteristieke huizen in de levendige wijk Barceloneta. Het is volledig uitgerust om je verblijf comfortabel en charmant te maken. De locatie is ideaal: het ligt in het centrum en dicht bij alle openbaar vervoer. Ik ben opgegroeid in Barcelona en ik geef je graag tips of adviezen.

We benadrukken ons spectaculaire terras dat het hele appartement omringt, waar je rustige momenten van persoonlijk genot kunt doorbrengen met een uniek uitzicht op het strand.

Toeristenbelasting van €6,25 per persoon per nacht is inbegrepen in de prijs. Gelegen in de Gotische wijk, in een historisch gebouw uit 1885. Dit is het enige appartement dat ik zelf beheer en bezit, en ik verzorg het met speciale aandacht zodat elke gast zich welkom en goed verzorgd voelt.
