Completamente nuovo arredato da architetto pt fronte piscina con grande veranda privata e zona pranzo 8 pers. poltrone e lettini prendisole. Cucina completa di micrond. lavastoviglie. Soggiorno con divano angolo e zona pranzo per 8 pers. Due bagni con di wc bidet lavello e grande doccia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La camera nr 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio, la nr 2 ha due letti singoli trasformabili in letto matrimoniale più letto singolo , uno a castello e un armadio.

Palau, apartment 20 metres away from the beach

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Casa Vacanze ContiamoCi!

Grazioso appartamento a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico completamente isolato da rumori. Vista mozzafiato su parte dell'Arcipelago maddalenino. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, lavatrice, parcheggio privato coperto. L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina di sole 6 unità. L'ingresso da accesso alla zona soggiorno/cucina a vista con divano letto. Camera con terrazzino attrezzata con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello a scomparsa.

"La Maranita Apartment" is located on the beautiful Monti d'à Rena beach, in the heart of the La Maddalena Archipelago. The house overlooks the sea and allows direct access to the large beach. The land of the residence borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. The villa faces the island of Barettini and on the clearest days it is possible to see Corsica. The house, spacious and sunny, enjoys absolute privacy.

Le finestre affacciate sul mare

Appartamento affacciato sulla spiaggia, appena ristrutturato. Ideale per famiglie. Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers). N.B. Extra è dovuta L'IMPOSTA di SOGGIORNO.
