I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, The view from the balcony was simply beautiful, especially during sunset. The host was very responsive and made communication easy, which I really appreciated. The house had all the amenities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

The place was lovely, clean and in a great location! Walking distance to public transport, supermarkets and cafes. It’s also on a quiet street too and in a secure building so I felt very safe staying there on my own. Johannes was very accommodating and replied fast, he also checked in multiple times to make sure everything was okay which was appreciated! The guide he provides for the property was also so clear and helpful!

Tommy was a very responsive and friendly host, he went out of his way to meet and greet and was very helpful in accommodating an early check in. The apartment was clean and well maintained as well as a great location thank you for your hospitality - my family who visited from overseas had trio of a life time! Thank you

Highly recommend staying here for a weekend away in Surry Hills. Great location, friendly host who offered an extended check out, and the house was beautifully decorated. Beds were extremely comfy, house was squeaky clean. We had the best weekend away. Thanks to Damian for his great communication.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tina's place. The location is great, close to numerous cafes which we thoroughly enjoyed in the morning before exploring the city. It is in walkable distance from Sydney's attractions like Opera House and Botanical gardens. The room is well furnished and very pretty, it immediately felt like home. We were very grateful for the light snacks Tina has prepared, they were very helpful and tasty. It is a definite recommendation to anyone traveling to Sydney!

Best place to stay in Sydney for price to quality ratio! This place was extremely affordable, very spacious, perfect location (easily accessible by the tram to the Harbour) and walking distance to the main station to get to the airport. The place was very clean and overall were extremely happy with our stay!

Megan’s home was beautiful. The flow from inside to outside is stunning. The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area overlooks the deck and garden through huge folding doors… lovely for meals together. Location was amazing Stroll to beach and shops Hot and cold outdoor shower was a bonus! The flat out the back was perfect for my Dad. Everything he could need. The hosts are warm and welcoming offering their home generously. Honestly, phots do not do it justice… Upon turning up at front gate- their home was absolutely beautiful. Would dearly love to stay again.

Glendy’s house is very suitable for family with young kids. The dryer is a big bonus where you need to get your laundry done and dried in a rainy day. Glendy house is clean, have all the stuffs you need, and you will feel like at home. In addition, her house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. I will definitely recommend Glendy house to my friends and families.

Beautiful and vibey place! A lot of light coming through the windows with a beautiful view outside to the pool and greenery in the back. The hosts were extremely responsive and were super helpful with everything asked including a late check out. Will definitely come here again if staying around Avalon!
