The views are breathtaking from this gated community and also seen from the second story master bedroom. The location is perfect for vacationing on the river or to catch a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater.

Beach House in Leavenworth Has River Beach Access

The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. The cedar sided house has a beautiful patio and big fenced lawn with river view. Close access to the covered hot tub and BBQ. The interior is an open floor plan with river views, a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds and 2 futons in the common area. We live close by.

Come stay at our lower unit in the heart of Crescent bar! 1.5 bedrooms (1 master with Queen and partial tiny room with kids twin bunk bed max weight for bunk bed is 100lbs) plus a large sectional that can sleep 1-2. Bathroom with shower + tub. Walking distance to everything: 2 ice cream parlors, 2 golf courses, boat launches, beaches, restaurants. WiFi and TV. **NOTE: Hot tub open year round but pool is closed October - April**

Great for remote workers. Plenty of space to set up office. Spacious 3000 sq ft home brings you comfort in style. So close to Leavenworth and all the activities this area brings. We encourage you to go out and explore, but many want to stay and relax in the serene, outdoor setting. This is in a quiet community, so we require you to respect quiet hours between 9pm-8am. This home is not suited for events or those who want to party.
