Chris was so understanding and patient. I was confused that there were multiple rooms that get rented out in the basement space where our room was but that was not his fault; there are white boards next to the rooms and he writes the first name of the guest next to the room. I did not read the instructions thoroughly and inadvertently walked into the wrong room (thankfully the guest staying there was not in!) and fired off an exasperated text before realizing my error. He also went above and beyond when the TV was missing a remote; he brought us his own TV to use! So sweet.

The pictures of Ron and Jackie’s place were spot on. We enjoyed seeing all their nostalgic decorations, especially because we grew up in Ohio. The place was very clean and the scenic backyard was wonderful with all the fall colors. We would definitely stay there again.

Janet’s place is a wonderfully peaceful refuge and so close to the museums and a lovely little shopping district. I loved having some peaceful moments in the Japanese garden and tea house!

Lovely host. Cute place as described. Complimentary breakfast was an appreciated touch. Easy street parking around the corner. Cute shops within walking distance. I highly recommend a burger from the tavern.

Great place to stay, right near the Lake. comfy furniture/bed, good areas for reading, quiet neighborhood.

Great little place for an overnight stay

We booked this stay for my husband and son to go along with my cousin and his son. We could have booked in the town they were visiting for the same price, but chose the 23-minute drive to stay here. My husband wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busier town and this home away from home was perfect for accommodating a peaceful stay. James was great at communicating and very friendly upon meeting him in person. Check in and check out we’re very simple and not too much for a couple of guys and their sons to handle! The extras in the kitchen (i.e. popcorn) were a kind gesture and a fun surprise for my son! We would recommend them!

One of the best AirBNBs I've ever stayed in. A carefully designed and renovated space greeted me, along with one of the hosts, Jeff when I arrived. The unit was easy to get into, very spacious and more than well appointed. It made it easy to feel like home. The inclusion of the huge screened in porch is a nice bonus, and makes for a peaceful space to work or relax. Although the unit is attached to the host's own home, it is somewhat separated by the garage, and I never heard any noises coming from inside the house. The area surrounding the home is lovely and there are some small restaurants and 2 grocery stores nearby for any needs! Hosts were more than accommodating and provided detailed instructions (along with helpful labels on the various light switches and appliances)

We loved our stay while visiting our daughter who attends Oberlin. It is only 10 minutes to campus. Beautiful place with access to the river and fire pit. it was very clean and had all the amenities you need and more.

Diana and Ken’s place was so peaceful and beautiful! The perfect place to stay on vacation or for a staycation. We felt so welcomed and cozy. We would 100% stay at Diana’s and Ken’s place again if we are ever in the area again!

I made a last minute trip to Cleveland and booked Jessica's property. I needed a place to lay my head down and her guest suite was a great price option compared to the $600-700 per night options at a downtown hotel. Her property is located in the Fairfax district in East Cleveland which is about 15 minutes from the downtown area. Her place was cozy and had ample space. I slept well and relaxed in the comfortable bed which was important between the events on my hectic schedule. The suite was equipped with a few heaters which kept me warm on the cold and rainy days I was staying in town. I didn't have any time to go searching for food so being able to keep leftovers in the large refrigerator and then reheating them in the microwave was very convenient. There were a few times that I had to attend to work items so the use of her wifi network was also helpful. Jessica was also very prompt in her responses when I requested information. If you are looking for an economical place to stay and have basic amenity requirements, this property is a good option to consider.

What a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Queen size bed was very comfortable. There was also a sitting room, a kitchen (she included snacks and fruit), and bar to eat at, and a very nice bathroom. The environment was quiet. Very close to restaurants and other conveniences. Joy was friendly and helpful.

If you want to see a beautiful area of Cleveland, this is the place to stay. Walkable neighborhood right on Lake Erie and close to things to do and places to eat. Easy to get to downtown Cleveland and tourist spots. Rose and Connie are very friendly and great hosts. If you have a need, Rose will try to take care of it for you. Their place offered plenty of toiletry options, snacks, and drinks. Extras to borrow/use included a portable fan, robe and slippers if you want, umbrellas, blankets, and games. They do have dogs as Rose mentions but don't let that worry you as the dogs really do settle down quickly and they are extremely friendly.

Lori’s place was perfect for the 2 of us and it was THE cleanest Airbnb I’ver ever stayed at! We were in the area to hike CVNP and the location was great for that, and it’s extremely close to restaurants and things in the town of Peninsula. We personally didn’t walk to anything but you totally could. I also really appreciated the thoughtful details like the fluffy towels and clean shower products. Lori is super responsive, and yes, Daisy is as cute and sweet as all the reviews say ☺️ I highly recommend this Airbnb and we’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay!! Clean and private apartment / space (of note the apartment is down stairs if that is going to be an issue for you carrying luggage or kids)! Neighborhood was pretty quiet compared to downtown Cleveland, we loved exploring local shops and coffee shops!!

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Cleveland! Highly recommend staying with Liz and Mike, the studio was beautiful as well as the neighborhood! We enjoyed every minute and the location was great! 😊

I had an incredible stay at Lin's place. The room fit my needs perfectly and had everything needed for a long stay. The location is amazing, it was quiet but close to restaurants and downtown for activities on the weekend. Lin was an amazing host. She was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns I had to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I would highly recommend Seth’s place! It was so cute and comfortable. My husband and I only stayed one night as a stop on a long road trip, but we wish we would have been able to stay longer! If you’re a fan of historic architecture, this house is a must stay. The furnishings were antique and the whole vibe was cozy. The beds were super comfortable, too!

We walked in and all our 3 year old and 6 month old wanted to do was hang out in the playroom, play with all the stuff, and crawl around… which meant I could lay in the bean bag chair, read a book, drink a beer, and watch the snow fall. That’s living the dream :). A space you can actually relax with young kids is awesome… and hard to find. Also, it was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do.

Anna and David’s apartment is newly renovated and very quiet. Loved the homemade Christmas cookies!

I had a fantastic stay at Mimi's historic house! The Shaker Height neightborhood is beautiful and has interesting history. Mimi was incredibly knowledgeable about local history, sharing fantastic stories that enriched our visit. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience both comfort and a deep dive into the area's past. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
