Had a great time here! The house was clean with plenty of space to relax! Well stocked kitchen with amenities of home! Great stay!

We had a great girls weekend at Grandma Helen’s Home. Beautiful space and much larger than we expected. Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Great stay!

The home is absolutely beautiful - truly a treasure with so much original character and charm from the home’s early life with modern comforts to keep you feeling right at home. Ashlee is also a super responsive and helpful host!!

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

Beautiful home! Comfy beds and furniture throughout the home. Great location. Trisha worked with us and was able to get us into the home a little early to help us get checked in before we left for the wedding. Easy check out instructions!

This was a great West Des Moines location. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. It was absolutely pristine! The host did a great job communicating. We really enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

I stayed at Midwest’s Airbnb as transitioning housing until I found something more semi-permanent as a traveling healthcare worker. It was such a relief (after walking through other properties in Des Moines) to come across this place in West Des Moines! It was clean, spacious, in a fantastic location, and wonderful communication and hospitality given by the host. The deck and garage are an added bonus. Extremely safe location with easy access to downtown. I will definitely be staying again when my family visits!

Loved this place! Very clean, bed was super comfortable, it was the perfect place to stay after having been on the road for 11 hours! We were just using the place for the evening so can't comment on the surroundings and location per se but this place was a fabulous for a little R&R from long days on the road. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed while in town for a state gymnastic event! It was 3 adults and 3 kiddos. We have enough space and thought it was a cozy spot for the weekend ! Secluded located but also 5-10 minutes away from almost anything you need!

The apartment was as described. My daughters loved it, especially with all of the windows and the patio. It looks like it is a fair distance from Des Moines, but is a straight shoot in on the interstates to downtown. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook, even though we didn’t have time. The beds were all comfortable. The welcome book was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.
