The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! Just a few steps from the house there is a lovely park where you can enjoy running, jogging or just walking early in the morning or late in the evening ideal spot for couple or families to discover real Crete.

The Butterfly apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood I grew up, just 5 min walking distance from an organized sandy beach and 15 min walking to the amazing beach cluster of Αgioi Αpostoloi.
