Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Located in the middle of the city.Fantastic harbour views, Fireworks views, Hyde Park,Botanical Gardens views from room. This special place is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit as it is right next to Town Hall,close to Museum train station surrounded by Sydney Tower, Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House,Westfield,popular supermarkets all of the attractions, public transports and amenities. As the location is in the busiest CBD public transports, walking are very convenient.

Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
