We came into town for my daughters wedding. Although we weren't at the house very kuch, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. It is very clean, neat and beautifully landscaped! I would definitely come back & hopefully next time, just relax & enjoy this lovely home!

This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

The house was great! Beautiful views... right on the lake..hot tub. Patio was enormous! Nice being able to grill. Showers were perfect and plenty of bathrooms! I'm a homebody but was totally comfortable. Any questions, the host responded IMMEDIATELY! She's great! Looking forward to my next stay.

Our family enjoyed Easter weekend at Jaim's place. House was clean inside and out and our kids loved the 'theme'/aesthetic. My oldest said it was the top airbnb she has stayed!

Nice home, for a big group. Lots of space and beds. The home has visible neighbors and one of the largest hot tubs/spa I’ve ever seen. Nice Managment company. Over all satisfied stay.

Great AirBnb on the lake. Took advantage of the dock, kayaks, cornhole, and fire pit. Hot tub and sauna are nice amenities - and a second kitchen which was well equipped like the main floor kitchen were great to have. Spacious living spaces, kids bunk room, and 4 bathrooms all well equipped and decorated. We spent hours on the covered porch taking in the peaceful lake views. Not a long drive to grocery stores and local restaurants. Would stay again!

Our large family of 11 adults plus 12 children all agreed that this was the best house we have ever rented. It accommodated us beautifully. The bunk room was a dream come true for all the cousins (children). The lot was great and had easy access to the lake. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped and the living space was wonderful and we never felt the least bit crowded. I don’t know how our stay could have been improved. Thanks so much!

Josh's place is such a lovely getaway! The home is beautifully designed and offers stunning views, making it a wonderful spot for relaxing. Plus, it has cozy sleeping arrangements that cater to everyone. We can’t wait to visit again soon; I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Bubba and Kelly are the most hospitable host I have had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! It was truly a blessing to meet them both! I would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time, the place was very clean and private! We loved the hot tub, swing over brow and the deck! Beautiful sunsets each night! It was extremely well stocked! Very close and easy drive into Mentone and the parks. We dined at The Wildflower Cafe , excellent! We enjoyed the salads and pizza from the Mentone Market. We had a 5 star vacation at Desiree’s place!

The cabin was set on the Brow over Mentone - an awesome location. There’s neighbors but it’s a quiet location and we felt it was private. We enjoyed the hot tub and had breakfast on the porch looking over Mentone and surrounding area - watched the trains come through in the distance. We needed the quiet and restful atmosphere - not disappointed. Artsy shops and good eating nearby. We drove to Lafayette and made a loop through Chickamauga (great for any Civil War buffs ) then back to Mentone on a day trip out. The scenery along the way was beautiful. We found a great nursery in Lafayette where we bought plants to take home.

We had our annual college friend reunion here this year, and I think we’ll be coming back here every year. This place was perfect. It had enough space for everyone without being crammed. Everything worked great, easy to get to. This was the perfect place for us. Cannot recommend Laura and this place enough. We will 1000% be coming back!

Chad was super friendly and helpful. I went to this cabin for my bachelorette weekend and the girls and I had an absolute blast. We slept 7 extremely comfortably. The cabin is right on the Mentone strip but tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a nearby park. Beautiful scenery and beautiful, cozy cabin!

The cabin was exactly what we needed for our long weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook our meals, the beds were comfortable, the space was clean, the views were spectacular! I would certainly recommend this for anybody looking to get away from the noise for a little while.

Can't say enough about how awesome our visit was. From the minute we walked in and my wife remarking how clean the place looked AND smelled, to the outstanding view, and even covered parking for my 3/4 ton pickup!!
