This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

The place was perfect...the pool was great for the 4 little boys we had with us. Very close to the ball fields and restaurants. Monica was great. very responsive to questions. We plan on renting agosnnext year when my next son goes

Amazing house that has everything you possibly need, and amazing and responsive host

This house is a gem. Admittedly it’s far from home if you are coming from NYC, which is where my family is. However, the upside is that this house is beautiful, on a big private area, and the absolute perfect place for a getaway with kids. We were three families with three little girls who hopefully made forever memories. I hope we will be back again soon!

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

Omer had a beautiful spot nestled high up on a hill overlooking the mountains 🏔️. I can promise you, being from the city, the pictures do not do the views justice! They’re absolutely stunning! Luckily we had couple of snowy days up there, where we were able to ski and enjoy some local eateries, so it made the scenery that much more romantic! The best was enjoying a drink or two in the hot tub and overlooking the scenic views of the mountains while the snow fell…couldn’t imagine a more perfect weekend getaway! I will be back up again!

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful old house with huge windows and tons of light, beautiful views, and lots of bedrooms and hang out areas so everyone has space. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the entire place was super clean and tidy. There was a good selection of games we could play and music that our family enjoyed. It was also so nice that the house was pet friendly. The only downside was that the house was quite close to the road and my kids really wanted to sled down the hill in the backyard, but there was nothing to stop them from sliding into the road. There is hardly any traffic on the road, though, so noise was not an issue. We really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend for big groups or families. We are a 7 person family - teenage kids, parents, grandparents.

Delaware House was perfect for our family and our pets! Easy and close to walk to restaurants, cideries, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and clean old farmhouse, with a lovely porch. The vibe was old, but kitchen and bathrooms were updated and modern. The host checked in with us when we got there. No complaints -only praise. Highly recommend.

Stunning location, perfect for a weekend away from the city with kids and puppy - amazing hot tub and lots of activities with board games and table tennis and very comfy beds! Ample supplies of shampoo/ shower gel/ towels very well kitted out kitchen and we really appreciated the welcome gift! Hosts are very responsive. We will definitely return - highly recommended!

Cooper Creek was above and beyond what we expected for our weekend stay. Eileen was an exceptional host in every way. She has just about every amenity for a family stay you could think of, plenty of space for everyone and a very cozy aura. She even made homemade muffins and bread for us. I have stayed at many airbnb’s and this one is by far top notch and one of my favorites!

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

We have been to the Catskills numerous times but our stay here outshined all the rest. The home was amazing, the bathrooms were stunning and the location was very private. Clearly Paul and Michael put a lot of time and effort into decorating and making the place feel like home. There was also a guide with recommended restaurants, hikes, nearby farms, and things to do that was so helpful. We would 100% come back just to stay here again.

Karina’s place was perfect for our family getaway. The spacious home comfortably fit all five of us, and the kids especially loved the large backyard with a creek. The neighborhood was peaceful, with quiet neighbors, and we enjoyed easy access to nearby hiking trails and stunning natural surroundings.

Mary’s house was the perfect combination of form and function. A great looking historic property with modern conveniences, it offered everything we needed and only what we needed. As a parent of two young kids, it’s always stressful staying in a place full of precious knickknacks and artifacts; Dunraven needs none of that to pull off its aesthetic and coziness. The property is really incredible. We were there on an unseasonably warm day in April and our boys wore themselves out running in the yard and exploring the creek. We will 100% return the next time we’re staying in the area.

Coziest stay in the woods. We loved how secluded this place feels. It is small, cozy and clean. Our kids loved exploring the surroundings. The host is very friendly and responsive.

Another wonderful stay at the midnight cabin! Our time spent there was so peaceful. The house is very clean and the flowers and coffee are such a nice welcome. The property is very private and serene. The dogs always have a great time wandering the property and cooling off in the pond. Scott is always extremely responsive and very nice to deal with! I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Clean and updated home in a peaceful location convenient for skiing. Many household items useful for cooking in. Hot tub and basement with activities for kids are a nice addition.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, safe, and conveniently close to everything we needed. The space was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with special touches that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly communicative and welcoming, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and cozy decor. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and it was clear that our comfort was a top priority. We had no issues during our stay, but I’m confident that if anything had come up, the host would’ve handled it quickly and kindly. We stayed at Paula’s place with three families for a ski weekend. The basement was the perfect space for our children and provided the perfect separation between adults and kids. The kitchen was prefect for meal prep all together and hanging out in the living room at the same time. The hot tub was a must for us and didn’t disappoint. Sitting in the hot tub after a day of skiing while the snow fell was absolute perfection.

This property was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back!!!!

My husband and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to visit our son, his partner and our 18 month old grandson who recently moved to Franklin. Coming from Hawaii, we knew we’d be spending a lot of time indoors because of the cold temperatures in Franklin. We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s house. It was a creative haven, thoughtfully curated by an amazing artist. The home is spacious, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy making delicious meals and sleep soundly in comfortable beds. What made this home so special was how it was designed as a learning and play space for children. Our grandkids thrived coloring, writing, making puzzles, playing games, and engaging in play acting. Anna was communicative, receptive and available if we needed anything. The home, the artistry and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true gem in Franklin! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to connect with creativity and enjoy an enriching stay.

A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.
