I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay. The cozy home and the beautiful swimming pool made our time there truly special. The house itself was so comfortable and charming & it really made us feel at ease. I do have a small suggestion, perhaps adding a clock somewhere in the house could be a nice touch. Hehe, this time I brought my family and relatives, including my tok and wan from Kedah, and she kept asking for a clock! They’re a bit old-fashioned and still loves the classic style, even though we kept telling them everything’s digital now. So, a clock could be a lovely addition to the homestay. Overall, our stay during Hari Raya 2025 was unforgettable. We made so many wonderful memories and had a truly joyous time. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience🩵.

Great place for staycation with lots to do esp for those with kids. The host was very kind and make our stay feels like home.

Responsive and helpful hosts! The place has all you need, though you will have to be careful on the drive in as the humps are big.

We are looking for a post raya family gathering & this villa really suits our needs. It offers 8 parking space, bbq /outdoor gathering area, highfloor swimming pool & indoor games. Check in/out is very smooth & clearly instruct. Host is very helpful & responsive when we got issues regarding the house. We really enjoy our family gathering here & hope to come again soon!

The house was Clean, nice, big, beautiful landscape and deco. Very quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for family staycation with a big swimming pool. We love it here. We had a wonderful stay. Everything is amazing. Thanks Mr Zaki

Our stay was cut short due to a access card issue from management's side, but the host was very responsive and tried her best to assist us. She also allowed us to stay beyond the checkout hours so that we could transit to our next accommodation . Otherwise , it was a great stay . Very convenient .

We had this place for our company Raya gathering. It was nice place for all of us. Spacious place to hangout and eat. Bed was clean and good smell too. 10/10

Clean house, suitable for family and friends!

Check in was smooth with easy instruction and the host was very responsive. The place is clean and has all the basic necessities for our short one night stay. The host was also kind enough to send us extra pillows once we settled in. Overall, will surely be back again if we’re back in Kajang!

Rumah 3 kamar dengan 2 lantai, cocok untuk rombongan besar, dapur sangat lengkap, ada kursi pijat yg jadi favorit kami. Utk kami yg ada kegiatan di MAEPS serdang, strategis krn jarak cukup dekat, hanya diawal agak sulit dan lama menemukan grab yg mau menjemput. Tetapi kemudian lancar. Nyaman untuk rombongan dengan jumlah yang ramai.

PERFECT! MY RAYA OPENHOUSE WAS A PERFECT NIGHT AND COULD NOT BE BETTER! A VERY NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND EASY ACCESS TO LRT TAIPAN, ROSYAM ETC, ROOMS HAVE MANY BEDS CAN ACTUALLY FIT MORE THAN 18PEOPLE! NICE FOR GATHERING, MASSIVE KITCHEN AND NICE MASTER ROOM DESIGN! FELT VERY EXCLUSIVE! WILL DEFINATELY REPEAT AND THANK YOU ADRIAN FOR LETTING US DO AN EVENT HERE AT YOUR BEAUTIFUL PLACE! IT WAS A SUCCESS! ANYONE WHO LIKE TO CREATE ANY EVENT WITH CLOSED ONE CAN DEFINATELY DO IT HERE! SMALL POOL AVAILABLE FOR CHILLING, FRIDGE ETC IN KITCHEN ARE COMPLETE! EVERYONE IS HAPPY! The homestay was very clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was easy, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

host was friendly. gave us the green light to check in early cus we drove from johor. there's stores within 5 minutes drive and also gas station. pretty convenient

Great stay. House was clean. All basic cooking utensils are available. Owner’s rep was very responsive and addressed all the needs and inquiries. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to stay again.
