Calling groups who love the outdoors in all seasons! A perfect spot for groups with lots of space inside and out. We have 3 dining areas (1 outside), 2 living rooms and a "bunkhouse" with a TV to send the kids up to play! The house is fully stocked with bath & beach towels plus everything you need in the kitchen. Plus...cornhole, 2 stand up paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, a row boat and a splash pad! NEW in fall 2024: we've added a new dining table for ten, new mattresses and new bedding!

Lake George -a 90-acre all sports lake - amazing fishing, boating, and swimming at our mini sandy beach (or ice fishing in the winter). Public boat launch is on the other side of the lake. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked w/10 cup coffeemaker. Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!!
