Incredible ocean front!! Best beach spot weve ever had!

Tina’s place was wonderful for my wife, 2 toddler aged children, and our Frenchie. You’re right across the street from beach access and have a clear view of the ocean from the hot tub. There are a few restaurants within walking distance or a few short minutes to other things. Would happily stay here again. Thank you, Tina!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

We stayed here with all our kids and their spouses so we had a full house. The place was stocked for us to be able to bring food and cook our meals with all necessary equipment. The game area for people to socialize and even baby gates which came in very handy for the little ones. The beach view was amazing, beds were comfortable and the place truly felt like home. We would definitely stay again as we found the house and amenities worth what we paid,

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great hosts, very responsive but not at all intrusive. Perfect space for children to play in the backyard sand without having to go to the beach (the backyard practically is the beach). We had two families. And because most of the children were girls it was perfect to have all the girls downstairs and the few boys chose to sleep on the porch on cots instead of in the living room. Highly recommend. I hope we can go back!

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Absolutely Amazing Stay with a Breathtaking Ocean View! My family and I stayed at this incredible place for the weekend, and wow, it was beyond perfect! Everything was just spot-on: the stylish and cozy vibes, sparkling clean space, and an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The view? Oh my gosh, the panoramic ocean view was absolutely stunning—we couldn’t stop staring at the waves! The host was a total rockstar, always quick to respond and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed, which made our trip so smooth and stress-free. Every detail was thought of: comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, you name it! The location was awesome—close to everything but still super peaceful. We’re already counting the days until we can come back! Huge thanks for making our family getaway so unforgettable—this place is a total gem! ❤️

Beautiful space! After many years not visiting family in Oregon because we live on the east coast region, we enjoyed spending time here with our brother and sister-in-law. It is a gorgeous condo with views straight out to the ocean. A photographer’s dream location and close to quaint town to shop in. Will try to stay here again sometime.

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Everything was great! And Debby was able to accommodate an early check-in for us which was much appreciated! We had an excellent time.

Stay was enjoyable and comfortable, Hot tub was great. After walk on beach and so was the fire place. Didn't find any floats on the beach, might have come try again. Thanks for all the great communication Tim.

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the swallows in the morning. Beautiful area, and Yachats is a cute town. Ate great fish at the market and enjoyed the gorgeous hike at Cape Perpetua.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . We can't wait to go back to Clare's place! We had a great weekend getaway and the house was just what we needed. We traveled with our 2 year old son and our dog and everyone had fun! Clare made sure to tell us there was a pack and play available. And there were even kids books in the living room! The home is cozy and very clean. A well stocked kitchen and a grill in the back is much appreciated for weekend trips. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks Clare!

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

We stayed here as a memory trip for my son and husband. Being right on the beach, hearing the waves and having our own way down to walk on the beach made it perfect. The house was wonderful, everyone had their own rooms, open floor plan to have meals and game nights where everyone can be involved. Between Lincoln City and Depot Bay made going either way easily and quickly we had a variety of restaurants and stores to visit. We got to meet Stephanie who was amazing and so incredibly sweet!! Will remember this place for some time to come and if we get a chance to do it again will definitely be using this rental!!

This was the PERFECT spot for our girls weekend! The place was so cozy and cute and well kept. It was easy to find and close to so many things including being walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was clean and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfy and it was an all around great spot. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Lincoln City! To top it off Deb was so informative, kind, and quick to respond making our stay even better.

Had a great time at the Pacific Pearl. House was big and roomy with an ocean view. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Nice to have 2 living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs. Garage was fun with pingpong and foosball.

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment our group stepped in the door we felt welcome and pleased to have the space to enjoy our retreat. The home was warm and bathrooms were pristine. We had plenty of room to spread out and yet were cozy enough to feel like home. What can you say...the ocean view was spectacular and worth the trip. Windows everywhere! We plan to return again next year.
