Great in the summer and better in the winter. Plenty of space to gather as a family & enough space to get away from one another too. In the summer enjoy two wood fire pits, a gas firepit, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, great fishing, board & yard games. In the winter enjoy the cozy fireplace, ice fishing, snowmobile trails and proximity to Detroit Mountain ski hill. Great for a large family. 3 hours from Maple Grove and 65 min from Fargo. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
