Spacious 3 BR, 2 BA home in quiet established neighborhood just across Hwy 70 from Grey Stone Golf Course, minutes from downtown Dickson, and 3.4 miles to Montgomery Bell State Park. Owners live in apartment downstairs and available to assist as needed. Great place for family/friends to grill on the back deck while the children play in the fenced back yard. Although this lovely home is nestled in Dickson, Nashville is only 45 minutes away so come for fun, business or just to relax and get away.
