Two holiday houses are rented as a whole, located on a large beautiful fenced plot, in a small typical Istrian village Boduleri near the small town of Vodnjan (10 km from Pula). It is ideal for break from city crowds. You can freely pick lavender, sage, rosemary, laurel, immortelle for your tea or cocktail from our Mediterranean garden. Ideal for two families with children

Family house with private pool and a large garden. Centrally located and pets friendly. A private parking for 2-3 cars is provided. Near the parking is a small garden with stairs leading to the pool area, large open dining area with a small summer kitchen. In the groundfloor guests will find a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The stairs down are leading to the third bathroom and the loundry room.

Only 10 km of car drive is needed to reach lovely beaches in Fažana and Peroj. This holiday house is part of a row of connected houses. With an indoor area of 100 m2, it provides a cozy living space. The private pool, sauna and private bathrooms will surely create an impression of exclusivity for all guests.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
