Stay includes clean linens, towels toiletries, WIFI, TV, full kitchen, washer & dryer, and two-car garage. Extra fees will be added if pet damage any area or to do an extra clean. This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .
