Stone Cottage: The Partington Spring House

The historic 1830's stone house property is nestled away on 6 acres of natural bliss, just 4 miles outside of Yellow Springs. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.
