Seaside 18th‑century cottage, hottub & guest house

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Varmt välkomna till min gäststuga!

Bara 20 minuter från Göteborg bor ni rymligt, i detta välkomnande hus med öppna sociala ytor, swimmingpool och jacuzzi i den stora trädgården. Från huset har ni havsutsikt och sol hela dagen, samt kvällssol, här kommer ni få fina sommarkvällar! Bara 200 meter från huset finns en fantastisk restaurang precis vid vattnet. Det finns 6 sängplatser, spjälsäng och en extrasäng om det behövs en plats till. Välkomna!

Knarrholmen är en bilfri ö med flera fina badplatser, både med sandstrand, badbrygga och klipphopp. Det går bara att komma dit med färja eller egen båt. Knarrholmen kan erbjuda både paddelbana, utegym, bastubad och fina promenadstråk. Det finns också en mycket trevlig restaurang på ön.

This is a charming house from turn of the 20th century. Sleeps comfortably 4 people in this house with 2 rooms, one new renovated bathroom and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Outside you have a terrace with sea view and the nature are right at your feet. The house are located 100 metres from the sea. Child friendly with a lot of nature to explore. (Please note that bed sheets and towels are not included)

Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.
