Fabulous place to stay. Very clean. So very thankful for all

We had a great stay at this lovely house. Right on the water with its own lovely beach. On the first day we witnessed hundreds of crabs skedaddling in the sea grass. The bugs as others mentioned are there on the beach certain hours so be prepared. I took a kayak to the right and found some great nature spots and on that trip saw a large fox on the shore (far from the house) which was a great nature escape. Private feeling, lovely view, secluded small town. We love that and if you do too this place is a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Britta's home was perfect for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The home is spacious and in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were super comfortable and everything was so clean! we look forward to staying again in the future! thank you Britta!

We loved staying at Kim’s place! The house was super clean and had absolutely everything you would need. We loved hanging out on the dock and the screened in porch, hiking at Blackwater, and enjoying crabcakes at the nearby Old Salty’s. Such a great way to celebrate our anniversary weekend!

The place was beautiful, inside and out! Chris was very helpful and responsive. Lots of fun games to play. The kids loved the loft. Everything in the house worked and functioned well. It was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Can't beat that view!!

We had a great time. The place is cozy, but the space is maximized with a lot of beds. We appreciated the large table that could seat everyone in our group plus friends. Lusby was a bit chilly in April, but we still had fun playing in the sand and searching for shark teeth.

It was a comfy stay in a beautiful marinia. The house was clean and the beds were soft. It did well for me and my 4 kids who each had their own bed. The landscape of the place and the sunsets were great! It was quite, tranquil with beautiful warm and sunny days. I would go back. Very easy check in and out.A lot to do in the area.

The area and view are beautiful and the home's decor is welcoming. The home was very comfortable for our family group and had a VERY well-stocked kitchen. The master bed was VERY comfortable as were the rest of the beds. My husband and I slept well. We all felt at home. MJ was very responsive when I had questions and communicated about the property in clear, concise language. The host provided many outdoor recreation opportunities, which included paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets. There was a nice sized pool but we were visiting out of season so we did not use it. The exercise room downstairs has a lot of equipment. We all enjoyed our time together. Our family is asking to come back again next year. Thanks for a great stay!

The Anchorage was perfect for racing at Ironman Maryland but would also be great for peaceful weekend getaway. Woody met us upon arrival for a tour of the property as well as providing great local dinner recommendations. The location was peaceful with great views out over the Choptank River and made for a idyllic morning breakfast setting (including Woody's world famous corn muffins!) You won't be disappointed staying here aside from the fact you will want to stay longer.

I'm super picky but this place was exceptional. The space was immaculate. Wonderful stay. Beautiful property. Bright, spacious apartment complete with a kitchen, dining table and even washer and dryer. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was yummy! Very kind hosts who accepted a last-minute booking. Enjoyed sitting around the fire pit watching a beautiful sunset over the Choptank River. Easy access to various small towns in the area. Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, unique and scrumptious hand-crafted breakfasts (locally sourced and in season) were spectacular! Pristine, comfortable, relaxing. Lots of activity options on site (kayaks, golf balls, painting, hammocks, croquet, bikes, swimming pool, huge private river front space). Woody and Michelle are lovely and do everything they can to make guests comfortable on site, and they recommend local spots to enjoy. Blue Ruin in Cambridge was a major highlight - we never would have found it if they hadn't suggested it. The Anchorage 1800 is the perfect place to bring friends & family and make it a group trip weekend!

Great location. Beautiful grounds by the river. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfasts. Every suggestion for local attractions, dining and sightseeing locations made by the hosts were spot-on. It’s a lovely place for a relaxed, enjoyable getaway.

Michael's place was perfect for our spring break getaway. I really liked the laid back beach vibe and how kid friendly the house was. The kids were able to walk to beach themselves and had a great time on the trampoline! We loved seeing who could find the most shark teeth.

Came down for a duck hunting trip! The place was perfect! Very clean and cozy! Hope the owner was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions! If in the area again I will definitely book again!

Perfect place to rest and unwind for couple days. Lovely house with its very own private beach. Great for family fun. I enjoyed the stunning bay view. Being in front of the ocean and the sea breeze. House was clean and comfy. 2 rooms with ocean view. Ample garden space kiddo played around. The upper part of the house is off limits for private use . Only 1 bathroom but okay we were only 3. Loved walking around and exploring Salomon island parks and restaurants. Highly recommend the ruddy duck great food and friendly atmosphere and the island hideaway at Solomon’s. The house water had a sulphur smell making it unpleasant to shower / brush our teeth. Colin was great and communicative the whole time. Loved using one of the kayaks to paddle around the bay. Overall great stay and would come back easily loved the view.

The water view of the Bay is awesome. Both the home and host are very welcoming, truly a lovely place to unwind.

This property was wonderful. We were there with another couple. The home was well appointed including a lovely coffee area. Well designed, nicely decorated that was up to date and clean. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed the towns of Cambridge, St Micheals and the Blackwater Preserve.I would definitely come back again!

The house is absolutely amazing, full of thoughtful details and impeccably maintained. We felt more like friends staying over than just guests. We had a wonderful time—the town, the river, the house—everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

The perfect home for a week with good friends. Three couples stayed here very comfortably. The large screened porch with a nice breeze and fantastic view was especially nice. Oxford is such a lovely, peaceful, and friendly town and everything is easily walkable. Lucas and Heather were quick to respond and truly wonderful hosts. This does not feel like a rental. You enter a luxurious residence and are invited to make yourself at home. After decades of renting vacation homes, this surely is one of the best.

My husband and I stayed a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful view , amazing sunrise. Great restaurants near by. The home was very comfortable.
