Have lunch on a sunny terrace looking over gardens and terracotta-tiled roofs or dine in the little garden. Chat by a wood-burning stove in a handmade vintage kitchen. Built in 1900, the 2-story home boasts wooden shutters, oak and limestone floors, and a tasteful heritage palette. The little fisherman´s house has recently been renovated with lots of love, is part of a historic fisherman´s colony, national heritage and absolutely unique in the coast of Maresme, direct coast of Barcelona. Due to guidelines of Covid-19 the house is cleaned from top to bottom, so that my guests can feel safe The historic fisherman´s house has been refurbished faithfully, with a special emphasis on high quality materials: e.g. the ground floor is tiled with limestone, the bathroom with spanish cement tiles, the bedroom is equipped with oak parquet and lovingly refurbished antique or handmade furniture in the whole house and garden. On request there can be placed a baby bed for 30 Euros in total. purchasing possibilities, groceries, farmacies, restaurants and cafes within close proximity (450 ft/ 150 meters) To the beach approx. a 5 minutes walk, to the station 6 minutes. I certainly give advice and suggestions for retaurants, and worth seeing places. I live quite close, therefore you can contact me easily. Right in the center of Vilassar de Mar, the cottage is just minutes from cafes, restaurants, stores, and the beach. It’s an easy 35-minutes ride by railway into downtown Barcelona from the nearby train station. The railway departs every 8 minutes on working days. Also very nice for those who prefer nature and landscapes: Go hiking or biking in the enormous Serralada Natural Park. The railway connection to Barcelona is perfect. For the winter months we offer a special price for a 4 week-stay, free choice between January 8 and March 31, for 1500 Euro in total. Mas Prats wordt een rustige hoek, die u uitnodigt om te rusten en te genieten van een unieke landelijke omgeving gelegen tussen de Costa Brava en de Gavarres. Het huis met één verdieping is toegankelijk, ruim en zeer licht en vanuit elke kamer kunt u de velden of het bos zien. De vogels luisteren. Twee grote ramen verbinden het huis naar buiten, waar de veranda u uitnodigt om van het landschap te genieten. De inrichting is minimalistisch en ze domineren de heldere tonen en het hout. Een ideale keuze voor elk moment van het jaar.
