Wake up in this cozy home feeling inspired to enjoy North Atlanta. The Honeybee is a taste of the 1950s countryside right by the city with exposed beam ceilings, wood finishes, neutral grays, a screened back porch, and a fire pit out in the yard. A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Please message if you have more guests beyond that as we do have an air mattress and couch, if needed. 2 miles from Marietta Square. The property boasts proximity to downtown Atlanta just 8 miles away, as well as 5 miles from Truist Park, close to both KSU Campuses, Marietta Square, Kennesaw Mountain, and a direct route to airport. Less than 5 minutes from Six Flags White Water! 0.4 miles from i75 if traveling for business! So much to do in Historic Marietta or Venture into town and discover its nightlife, shopping, and dining options. Bring your own car or rental car. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Modern Loft with incredible view of downtown Atlanta from a private deck. Quiet space on top floor, but in the middle of the action. Secure gated parking. Walk to the Beltline, Krog St, Cabbagetown, Inman Pk, Little 5, MARTA, King Center, Streetcar, GSU, Phillips arena, Centennial Park, downtown, many fantastic restaurants, clubs and theaters. 2 flights of stairs to the unit and a security camera on the front porch. Min age without adult is 21 & please NO EXTRA GUESTS or SMALL CHILDREN.

Spacious one-bedroom garden apartment with private entrance on a quiet street. Fast wifi, full kitchen, full bath. There is also a small backyard patio that is fully fenced in. Just a few blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Little 5 Points, the Beltline, Ponce City Market as well as neighborhood gems like Candler Park Market, Frazer forest and the Lake Claire Land Trust. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Nestled in a quite neighborhood with a walking distance to the Battery and Cumberland Mall. There is a parking deck for your cars and also available street parking. Start your day with our complimentary breverages, light cereal breakfast and snacks. There are outdoor seating areas in the front and back of the house. Excellent wifi and cable TV is available so you never miss your favorite show. This house is a true gem.
