Dit appartement is echt waanzinnig gaaf. Een sper mooie plek met terras boven op het appartement met uitzicht op de oude stad en aan de andere kant de middellandse zee. Vanaf hier loop je in ca 10 minuten naar de binnen stad, door de oude steegjes (alles is hier vrijwel autoluw). Daarnaast zijn het super aardige eigenaren, een waar feestje om hier te mogen verblijven. De aanrader voor iedereen die naar Split gaat! Echt super gave plek!

Le logement est incroyable, j'y retournerais avec plaisir ! Silvana et son fils ont à cœur de bien nous accueillir et nous faire sentir comme chez soi. Le logement est à entre la vieille ville et la colline Marjan idéal pour visiter la ville de Split et aller se relaxer dans la colline et la plage ! Le logement est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, petit bonus en été pour la terrasse qui permet de se relaxer après une journée de visite.

Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Чудове помешкання, дуже просторе та має все необхідне для тривалого проживання - навіть машинку для сушки одягу. Безперечно, одна з найкращих квартир, де ми зупинялись. Є місце для паркування авто. Господарі дуже привітні та завжди були готові допомогти, якщо виникали проблеми

The location was great. Paola was extremely responsive to all of our questions and had great insight. Our luggage was lost and when it arrived we weren’t going to be back for hours and was able to open the door and place the luggage inside. Usually I don’t ask lots of questions but there were things I couldn’t find so I’d ask her and she’d respond so quickly. My boys loved the hot tub! We were close enough to old town but were able to have a peaceful quiet night. There are restaurants within a stones throw that were good. I would 100% recommend this place and huge thank you to Paola! We love Croatia and it was such a beautiful first trip!

Le logement est magnifique, encore plus beau en vrai. La terrasse de l'étage avec le jacuzzi et la vue sont incroyables Tout est impeccable le logement est propre, le linge sent bon, il y a tout le nécessaire. A proximité se trouvent des supermarchés et l'axe principal pour circuler. Marijana a été une hote particulièrement attentionnée et réactive, nous la remercions. N'hésitez pas !

Wir haben zu zweit im September 2024 knapp zwei Wochen in dem Appartement verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! 👍 Zur Unterkunft: Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit einem ausführlichen Gäste-Handbuch mit Informationen ausgestattet. Mehrfach die Woche (2-3 Mal) wurden frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über zwei Kochplatten, einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und die nötigen Utensilien. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Okrug Gornji und den Sonnenuntergang. Zur Lage: Zwei Supermärkte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, zum Strand ist es halbwegs steil bergab aber auch nicht weit (ca. 10 Minuten). Entlang der Hafenpromenade befinden sich einige Restaurants und Bars. Im September war der Kiesstrand nicht überfüllt. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt sehr viele schöne Strände und Natur zu entdecken.

Das Appartment hat genau unseren Anforderungen entsprochen: saubere Unterkunft, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, zentral gelegen, so dass wir alle Hotspots gut erreichen konnten. 5 Sterne !!!! Vielen Dank!!

Great place with an amazing outdoor space!!! Just few minutes walk from beautiful beaches. We were two couple and a 3 years old kid and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Really recommended!

Superbe séjour dans cette belle villa. Propre, facile d’accès et idéalement située entre aéroport et la ville de Split, nous recommandons cette villa. Notre hôte était très à l’écoute et prenait régulièrement des nouvelles. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très bien entretenue. Les deux salles d’eau sont très pratiques. Les deux terrasses et le coin barbecue sont très agréables. La proximité du chemin de fer n’est pas un gros problème car il y a peu de passage. Le village de Kastel Stari comprend un beau bord de mer et un bel arrière pays avec de belles randonnées. Très bon séjour.

We had a wonderful stay at Dijana’s place in Split from 1 May to 4 May 2025. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located-within easy walking distance to the historic city center and all the main attractions. Dijana was a fantastic and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment was well-equipped, and the area was peaceful yet vibrant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split and would love to stay here again!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, wszystko jest pod ręka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty, nowo urządzony. Pani Magda zawsze odpowiadała na pytania.

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Alenka ist ein super Gastgeber, alles war sehr gut und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben tipptopp bisher nichts besseres bei Airbnb gehabt . In der Hauptsaison könnte es etwas lauter werden. Von der darüberliegenden Wohnung hört man bisschen was beim Stühlerücken, nicht dramatisch, aber für den ein oder anderen eine wichtige Information. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
