Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The local owners do all the cleaning, communication, and are personally on call nearby, to avoid the pitfalls associated with absentee landlords. Located in the heart of quintessential small town Lake Odessa, the Beach Cottage is situated right on Jordan Lake. Jordan Lake is 430 acres, and all sports. It is great for swimming, boating, fishing, and just about anything else you like to do on the water.

Fish off the dock, make s’mores by the fire, or simply relax on the cozy screened-in porch in this charming cottage on Stuart Lake. Located just three miles south of Historic Marshall, Michigan, Copper Bear Cottage offers satisfying comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. Sleep in a California King bed in the bedroom, and a Queen Murphy bed in the great room. Amenities include full-sized washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, gas grill, and porch swing.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

This is located 6 minutes from the Blue Gate Theatre, the Michiana Event Center, and the center of town. We are 50 minutes from Notre Dame.
