Living area has entertainment system, pull-out sofa bed, separate utility and a den/study. Perfectly located in Monkstown village with shops and restaurants, and just a 1 minute walk to the DART, making it very convenient to get to Dublin city centre in 20 minutes (Aviva stadium is 15 minutes away).

Hi, We are a 15-20 minute walk from UCD and St Vincent's Hospital and a 10 minute walk from the Dart train station and major bus routes. This is a great double room in a well maintained house, full use of house amenities included and your own private bathroom. Off street parking available, situated in a safe residential neighbourhood. Beautiful newly renovated 4 bedroom home in excellent location beside Shankill village. 3 double bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 superking, 1 double and bunk beds). Master bedroom en-suite. Large well maintained garden. Easy bus and DART connection to city centre. 5 minute walk to the sea. Close to Bray, Dalkey, Killiney and Enniskerry. Located in quiet residential road. Not suitable for loud parties. We will meet you on arrival or have a family member meet you and show you around.
