This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. 200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

Bobby's Cottage Omeath is a beautiful 2 bedroom house, on a quiet lane at the foot of Slieve Foy mountain, only 5min walk to Omeath Village or 10 minute car/taxi journey to the bustling village of Carlingford, with its array of pubs and restaurants. It is set in a beautiful tranquil location with ample car parking. Its a perfect base to enjoy the many walking trails the area has to offer or just kick back and relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

Cheerful 2 Bedroom Cottage

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Knockbirdge Village, Co Louth, a quiet village that offers a range of local amenities including shop, takeaway and traditional pub. While still convenient to Dundalk, Blackrock, Carlingford and Carrickmacross. Only an hour drive will take you to both Dublin and Belfast City (M1 Motorway Junction 16) We have lovingly restored and renovated this cottage over the years to provide a cosy and welcoming home.

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
