The 12th century Trim Castle, on the banks of the Boyne, is a 3 minute walk away, and the Yellow Steeple even closer. The award winning "James Griffin" pub is literally across the road and the property is also adjacent to banks, convenience stores, restaurants/takeaways and many other retail services.

It is nestled in the basement of a 200 year old traditional Irish farmhouse with its' own private entrance and overlooking stunning gardens. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year.
