Our wonderful 5 bedroom double-storey home is on an amazing site, with direct access to the beach & tidal pools. The generous living spaces are delightfully furnished and equipped for comfort, rest and leisure and its views will relax and invigorate you. It is ideal for enjoying precious family gatherings and fun holidays to the max. The neighbouring café is a local favourite and the area has many restaurants with the shopping and entertainment hubs of Ballito and Salt Rock a short drive away.

Spacious Cottage on secluded, child-friendly beach

Poynton's Cottage is a beachfront property set in a large, private garden. The cottage has a protected patio where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, and watch bottlenose dolphins surfing the waves. Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkeling or picking mussels from the nearby rocks. This is one of the few quiet beaches left on the KZN North Coast and with its wonderful rock pools it is ideal for small children. For rainy days, Ballito and Umhlanga are just 10 minutes away.

It is conveniently located with a 2min stroll (200m) to the local Spar/pharmacy and several restaurants/pubs. The tidal pool is in front of the cottage. There is a 5km beach promenade for runs/walks with the whole family. Tucked away one road back from Ballito’s main beaches, this 2 bedroom unit is on the edge of a beautiful natural coastal forest. Filled with bird life, mongeese and if you’re lucky, a few bush baby’s. There are 2 main bedrooms both with double beds, and 2 single bunks for the kids. There’s an outside patio to relax on, and the property is very secure with an active alarm system, electric gate, high fence and 3 parking spaces for vehicles. We, the hosts, live in the downstairs unit.

4 Bedroom house with lovely sea views.

This 4-bedroom house is 150m from two great beaches, 1 with a granny pool to entertain the kiddies. We are 3km from large shopping malls, 10 minutes from Ballito central and also have two lovely restaurants within walking distance. We are one road away from Ocean Dr, this is where you will find all the famous seaside restaurants and main beaches. This house is on a shared property and has a family orientated setting, loud parties and music is NOT permitted.

Escape to one of the original beach cottages in Ballito. This 10-sleeper home, suitable for up to 6 adults and 4 children, features parquet floors throughout the lounge and bedroom areas giving the whole home a traditional country feeling. Children will love playing in the spacious garden that includes a fenced-off swimming pool and small sandpit. This home is located just steps from the beach and there is a pedestrian gate at the bottom of the garden.
