Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Studio Farm Cottage near Newport & Narragansett

Our farm is conveniently located 15 minutes from Newport, 10 minutes from Narragansett, and 10 minutes from Wickford. From Wickford, you can catch a ferry to Block Island, while the Quonset Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (May-Oct) is just 15 minutes away. The cottage is walking distance to a public bus stop and 15 minutes from the Kingston (AMTRAK) or Wickford (MBTA) train stations. We're happy to pick you up from the train or airport if we're available.
