It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny flint walled garden. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, lots of choices of where to eat. Walks to enjoy - nearby is the sea, forest, vineyards, Downs or riverside. London 2 hours by car, 90 mins by train.

Sitting inside the Georgian walled garden, Folly Cottage sleeps four in a double room with an ensuite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living and dining area, the French doors lead to the terrace in the garden which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. You'll also have access to a smart TV, board games and plenty of local walks. The cottage is dog friendly with a £45 surcharge per pet.
