After being displaced from our home after damage from severe weather we were so fortunate to find this location. The house accommodated our family of 4 with pets for nearly a month without any issues. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are well finished, bedrooms were comfortable and the location was very clean. The backyard is a beautiful and relatively private space hidden within a 15 minute walk to the downtown restaurants or the beach area. Anzhelika is an excellent host who was very responsive when needed, provided clear instructions and ample privacy. We would happily recommend this location to friends and family attending the area for events.

We had a spontaneous trip to Toronto for a concert. We booked Svetlana’s place the day before and it was a breeze! Check-in was quick and easy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was spotless and super cozy. The high ceiling with bay windows were a huge plus! There was even a nursery room with a crib set up for our daughter, so we didn’t have to worry about her falling off the bed or climbing out. Everything was just perfect! We felt like we were at home away from home. I highly recommend Svetlana’s place to any friends or family!

Spent a wonderful weekend at this home while visiting family nearby! The house is very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed to make our own meals. The en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a great bonus. We were all very impressed, and would happily stay here again next time!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The location was absolutely perfect - exactly where we needed to be for our activities. The setting near the wooded area created such a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel completely safe and relaxed throughout our entire stay. Our dogs absolutely loved it here! They enjoyed exploring the natural surroundings and seemed just as content as we were with this lovely accommodation. The hosts were attentive and thought of everything we might need. We'll definitely be returning whenever we're in the area again and would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with their furry friends!

The house was actually better than the photos depicted! Absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our large family and we would certainly reach out for future family gatherings! I stayed here for my son’s competition that was in town. It was far less than a hotel and offered more comfort. Large tv to watch the hockey games at night and full kitchen and living area. The location is super easy to get to off of the Hwy and is in a great neighbourhood. It was nice out so it was a real easy walk to the waterfront to stroll the main streets and we ate at a cool Italian spot. If I ever go back to Barrie, I’ll stay here again for sure.

This was such a great space! The hosts thought of every single detail and the space was cute and comfortable and everything spotlessly clean! We loved the deck with a great view and nice to have parking at the house. We also really liked the area, easy access to public transportation and quick walk to Kensington Market which has a fun vibe. Area has tons of great places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well done. We had an easy time communicating with Gail. Looking forward to staying here again!

Khalid was an absolute life saver!! Our other air bnb got cancelled day of check in and Khalid was able to get his place ready within the hour for me and my friends. Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

I had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as I remembered, if not better. The space is beautifully curated, with such an artistic flair that immediately makes you feel at home. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with creativity, making it a perfect retreat. Sara is an absolute gem. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s not just a stay; it’s an experience.

Everything was great, very clean and had left soap for washing clothes and dishes and enough toilet paper. Internet was accessible and tv with all channels, that was a plus for the kids to relax, from a long drive from NY.

Responsive from booking to check-out. Answered all questions in a timely manner. Beautiful home, spacious and welcoming. Love the master bath. Even with our family of 10, we all had space for ourselves.

a really nice property nestled away from the main city! felt like we were up north given that it's inside a York region protected forest! the property was very well stocked, really good appliances and extremely clean! Patrick was amazing in his communications: gave clear instructions and was quick in his replies! plenty of space in the property, lots of parking space, backyard space and a really nice pool area! the pool also had plenty of amenities. Definitely recommend Patrick and his Cedar Escape property!
