The cottage is located 16 minutes to Windsor, 30 minutes to Henley on Thames, 11 minutes to Ascot, 9 minutes to Legoland, 6 minutes drive to Lapland Ascot.We are also close to Bracknell train station where you take a train to London under 1 hour.

Get cozy and settle into this rustic hideaway, located on the edge of the scenic downs link with miles of stunning walks, bike rides and positioned on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic village of Slinfold, only 20 min from Gatwick Airport. Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you wake up in our pine clad eco lodge. It has a fully fenced garden. Watch the sunrise over the downland with the village of Godshill and its church spire in the foreground.Take a short walk to the wildlife pond and ancient woodland within the grounds or sit on the sheltered veranda and watch the ponies grazing in the paddock, whatever the weather inside with the wood burning stove alight looking out, the view is spectacular. Pygmy goats graze in the orchard.

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. Beautiful three bedroom semi-detached traditional Railway Cottage. Situated at the end of a pretty no through lane. Quaint patio area for alfresco dining and a lawn area. Secure for children and dogs. Numerous footpaths direct from the door. Many places of interest reached by car or train including Paultons Theme Park. The cottage backs onto paddocks where the owners shetland ponies, pet sheep and chickens live and our younger guests are welcome to come and meet them.

It has all the necessary accessories and utensils you will need for your stay. The Cabin has it's own Garden area, hot tub, and includes parking and outdoor seating. There is a Gas BBQ should you wish to dine outside or star gaze.

Hut 1 - Luxury New Forest Shepherd Huts.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located within the New Forest, close to Lymington town. We have 2 huts sat in a two and a half acre private site with river frontage conveniently located behind a fantastic restaurant/pub. Check in is from 3pm tomorrow!
