The suite occupies the ground floor only with a separate entrance, as shown in the photos; the hosts occupy the rest of the home. We are close to Peachtree Creek trail, the VA hospital. Emory & CDC are 6 minutes away. Aquarium, World of Coke & Decatur are easy via car or MARTA.

This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Traveling with your pup? Our pet-friendly 1BR in Atlanta's Cascade neighborhood is perfect for couples, small families, or friends. The suite sleeps up to 4 (1 bedroom + sleeper sofas), has free parking, and you're just a short drive from downtown, the airport, and dog-friendly Cascade Springs Nature Preserve. But there's a large 3/4 fenced play area for the pups right next door! Digital Nomads: could you get work done with 1 gig Internet with Ethernet connection?

Private Guest Suite Near Airport

This is a two bedroom/one bathroom private guest suite on the lower floor of a multi-unit Colonial Craftsman home. A maximum of four guests are allowed. No parties or events are allowed. *NO KITCHEN* There is an area with some kitchen amenities but there is no kitchen sink, stove-top, or oven. Refer to photo of this area. Your space is private but there are other units beside and above this one so please be respectful of others by keeping noise down late at night.

This private entrance suite is part of the house we have lived for 25 years. This is an inner city, multi cultural, urban neighborhood with all types of people with different socioeconomic backgrounds. We have always enjoyed hosting friends most of the time in this area of the house. We decided to separate this section completely from the house by creating its own entrance, kitchenette and small capacity stackable washer and dryer.
