Cozy cottage located on a quiet backroad overlooking a wide open field & back deck provides warm & sunny space for relaxing or reading a book. The kitchen is fully equipped. BFC has a warm farm house feel w/ a touch of the beach. The bathroom has been updated to a more modern feel. Located only a few miles from both seaside and bayside boat ramps. A 7 minute drive to Onancock, Walmart, YMCA, shopping & many local shops for just the right souvenir. Wallops & Chincoteague are just a short drive.

Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Welcome to White Point Cottage on the beautiful Potomac — 90 minutes from Washington, DC, but a world away. The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage.
