Main bathroom has a sumptuous slipper bath and shower.There is a light and airy living room with 2 large comfy sofas, dining table, TV, books and some board games. There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine. There is NO COOKER! There is an AIR FRYER! A gas barbecue also available.

Dreamers hut is a two double bedroom Shepards hut in its own private woodlands. The rooms offer a cosy cottage feel. Each bedroom is finished to a high standard with woodland views, a luxury double mattress & quality bed linen. Towels and bath robes are provided during your stay. Grange Cottage

The Grange is a very large cottage which can now sleep up to 11 people in four bedrooms. Over the last few months, we have done a lot of work to upgrade this cottage. We have replaced the main bathroom, and fitted a new kitchen (now with a dishwasher !!) Originally, this was 2 cottages, and we have now repurposed the second living room to be another double bedroom. If you have a large group of people, there is another table and more chairs in the cottage.

The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.

Step inside this spacious cottage and you will have everything you require for a wonderful stay. The space is very open plan and bright which brings the beautiful rolling views of the Tyne Valley countryside inside.

The Annexe

The Annexe is self contained at the rear of Pontop Hall with its own single parking space. The Hall is a grade 2* Listed Building, built as early as 1600. Recently restored the property has all the modern comforts you would expect in a home. You can enjoy a tranquil environment with some excellent walks on your doorstep and in the local area.
