Great spot! Very walkable to the beach and restaurants. Also more secluded than I expected.

Returning to our favorite Airbnb beach cottage was just as magical as our first visit. The cozy interior, the yard feel, and easy access to the beach make it a perfect getaway. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail is just right. We love the serene atmosphere and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

Molly's Place was perfect! It was only half a block to the public access point for the beach, and it was also very walkable to restaurants, including Destin Commons. The house was spotless and clean when we walked in, and every amenity needed was provided. The owner is always very responsive to messages. This was the second time we stayed, and I would highly recommend Molly's Place.

This was our 3rd annual girls trip to the Fort Walton/Destin area and the cozy cottage was perfect for our week long stay. Small yet spacious enough for the 3 of us. Private, quiet neighborhood. Close drive to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Melinda was quick to respond with recommendations and was prompt at fixing a small issue with the AC. Wonderful stay, wonderful host and wonderful all around experience. Thank you for letting us stay at the cozy cottage!

We love the Hygge House! The location is second to none just two blocks from the public beach access, an easy walk to Seaside, and a half mile from Publix. The pool and backyard were great, and the house itself was wonderful on a quiet, tree-lined street. David's communication was fantastic before, during, and after our trip. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well-stocked house. And the house had perfect function for our family of five. Great kitchen! Sandra and Miguel even brought us a mattress topper and measuring cup by request: exceptional service! If in the area, this home is an excellent choice.

Size of the two bedroom Green cabin was perfect. Unit was clean except a few dishes which were most like put away dirty by a previous renter. I contacted Charlie as the frying pan had burnt food stuck in i& there was only one coffee cup. He responded immediately & a brand new set of pots & pans were delivered as well as four new coffee cups. Other than several step to get in the place was wheelchair accessible. The Green cabin was exactly as described & shown by Airbnb pictures. Nothing special, yet sufficient. Priced well. We will be returning!

We loved this place! It was the perfect amount of space for two adults and four teenagers, had everything we needed, and the access to a pool along with being close to the beach was awesome. Heather was always very responsive and friendly. We were comfortable and felt right at home. We’d definitely stay here again!

House had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach. The provided wagon, beach chairs & beach towels were a great bonus. Enjoyed quiet morning walks around the neighborhood and loved spending the evenings on the screened porch after beating at the beach all day Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Itty Bitty. True to its name, this is a very cute place and very tastefully done. Location is excellent. Will be back soon

I cannot recommend The Smith House enough if you are planning a trip to Grayton Beach. We felt like we were in a small town beach movie with how charming and cozy the home was along with how close we were to everything! My husband and I rode the bikes Kelly included in the rental everywhere, and the short walks to the beach everyday was a highlight to our stay! We explored the Grayton Trails, which are right behind the house, as well as just hanging out and enjoying the scenery from the front porch. Kelly made our arrival extra special with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. There was so much thought placed into everything and it made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean. Coffee options were great to have. The guide they provided for local restaurants, etc was really helpful. It’s even closer to the beach than I thought it would be! Everything we needed was provided, including extra blankets and towels. The place is so cute too!! Definitely recommend, and we would love to stay again!

The property was exactly what the listing advertised as well as a great location and surrounding areas and easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying there again in the future!

We are really happy we found Chrys and Jimmy, their neighborhood, the guesthouse, and Niceville. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, more comfortable place. They wanted us to have a great experience and we sure did. Thank you!

me and my friend took a trip and wanted to have a peaceful yet fun time! that’s exactly what it was. it was beautiful. porch was so nice to sit on. house was just beautiful. bed is big enough for two and very comfortable. the area was a good location and the hosts were very kind and responsive! it was awesome! definitely would stay again!!

To begin this review, I would like to personally thank Lauren for her communication and availability throughout my entire stay. She was always accessible, and provided answers to all of my questions. That being said, my stay was AMAZING! This cozy residence was reasonably priced, spacious, extremely clean, and equipped with everything my family and I needed. The stackable washer/dryer combo came in clutch, as we spent several days exploring the beaches and shopping outlets. And the beds - so comfortable that if you’re not careful, you'll sleep in! The bathrooms are super clean with everything you need, and the pool area was nice, as well. My family and I stayed three days this time around, but I look forward to staying much longer. I could not have asked for a better host, and I look forward to exploring other properties that she has in the future. This place of residency gets a 10/10 from my family and me!

My son and I really enjoyed our time in the cottage. Everything seemed new and well taken care off. Nice decorated and everything we needed. And then of course the small private beach. Very children friendly with low water (though we didn’t bring children) - and a little walk out for adults to swim. The real swimming we did at the astonning beautiful beaches out to the Golf not far away.
