1st Line Prime Accommodation in Old Town Estepona

Book this dreamy first line beach apartment. Walking straight out of the entrance you will have sand between your toes within 10 seconds. Add a few more and they will be wet. Recently rebuilt from the floor beams up, my guests approve. In the last two years on Airbnb I've received all but praise and five star reviews. 4,9 on average out of 140 reviews. Kick back in beach chairs on the 6th floor terrace and enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the beach, The Med, Gibraltar and Morocco. Welcome.

Située au pied de la sierra andalouse, sur un terrain en pleine nature, vue sur les oliviers et le lac de Algar, accès par un chemin forestier. Totalement privée, terrasses, espace chambre, canapé, cuisine équipée, salle de bains, douche italienne, accès direct au jardin et la piscine. (compartida con la otra casita, abierta todos el año). La maison et tout équiper, simple, lumineuse, rustique, chaleureuse avec son style franco andalou.

Very bright, quiet house in one of the best residential areas of Ronda, the house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen with access to a private patio, living room with access to a large covered terrace. Garden at the entrance. It is a first floor without elevator. Our house is walking 2 minutes from the Train Station, 5 minutes from the Bus Station and about 7 minutes from the Tagus Bridge. Parking on the same street.

My little house has a bedroom with a double-bed, another room with a single bed, living-room + kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In front of the house there is a terrace and the garden where there is plenty of space to relax, eat, play...Located near the lake of Zahara there are lots of possibilities to enjoy the magnificent landscape. The area is perfect for outdoor activities like climbing, hiking and paragliding.

Lleva a toda la familia o amigos a este fantástico alojamiento junto al Novo Sancti Petri recién construido a finales de mayo 2023, que tiene todo lo que necesitas para esas vacaciones que os mereceis!. No soy bueno haciendo fotos, pero sí ofreciendo casas con encanto. aprovecha los precios de promoción del primer año y consulta cualquier duda!
