Un Ryad au charme singulier qui nous a séduit! Parfait pour notre séjour entre amis! La terrasse nous a particulier conquis! La litterie est bonne et les salles de bains spacieuses. La rue est un peu sombre et bruyante mais à deux pas de la médina ce qui est fort pratique. Philippe a été arrangeant et réactif par message, merci à lui ainsi que Amina pour sa gentillesse! Le logement était impeccable très propre, spacieux et lumineux, avec un grand espace vert magnifiquement entretenu. L’extérieur est tellement vaste et bien aménagé qu’il pourrait parfaitement accueillir un événement comme un mariage , un véritable havre de paix je recommande vivement !!!

L un voir le meilleur rapport qualité prix résidence très calme proche de la plage de Sidi bouzid, d un très bon stand de tir professionnel, des parc de jeux pour enfants vraiment la villa à ce prix vraiment top et le propriétaire toujours joignable très réactif je recommande à 1000 pour 100 sincèrement

Le logement de Gharib est impeccable. La maison est spacieuse et aérée et dispose de tout l équipement nécessaire. Nous avons apprécié le cadre paisible, la grande piscine privée et sécurisée et le trampoline qui a fait le bonheur des enfants. Le contact avec Gharib et sa femme a été au top. Le personnel sur place est gentil, aimable et très réactif. Nous reviendrons. Je recommande pour un séjour au calme dans un style authentique.

Great stay for a large family Aida was very responsive and kind in all her exchanges, and she graciously accepted our request for a late checkout when asked in advance. The house was extremely spacious, with plenty of rooms—perfect for a big family. The highlight was definitely the ocean view; we fell asleep each night to the soothing sound of the waves. We had everything we needed, including enough covers and towels. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for a comfortable family stay in Sidi Bouzid.

wat hebben we daar gemiste is een wasmachine. verder was de moeder en zijn zus heel vriendelijke en aardige.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit et l appartement est comme elle indiquée sur les photos. Coin très calme. Juste au dessous de l immeuble il y a un mini market et à 50 m une boulangerie. Yahya a été très gentil et à l'écoute. Petite pensée à son beau geste, il nous a permis de quitter les lieux à l'heure qu'on a voulu. Merci et à la prochaine.

superficie de l'appartement, parking au sous-sol sécurisé, situation et facilité d'accès sont les atouts de ce logement. néanmoins le prix me paraît un peu cher.

We enjoyed staying in the large villa for our holiday. The host was responsive. Check-In and check-out were very well communicated. Its close to teh beautiful and large beach. the street between villa and house does not see to many traffic. Also we discovered a hiking spot in the woods near the golf-course. Theres good fish to be had in town and lovely patisseries. We did a road trip to Oualadidia, which is higly recomendable. There was free parking for the rental car. We had issues with teh heater, which were promptly taken care of.

Great location, the apartment has a guard at reception and in garage , cameras everywhere so is very safe . Mr El kbir great person to deal with.
