Casa sobre la Colina.

La casa esta situada en una terreno de 800 metros cuadrados. Es una casa de diseño moderno, muy espaciosa, luminosa y cómoda. Situada en una zona residencial (Urbanización Fontpineda) en la cima de una pequeña colina a 10' del pueblo de Pallejá que dista a 20 km de Barcelona. Es preferible disponer de coche privado. Pallejá cuenta con servicio de transporte público de tren y bus a Bcn. Hay un bus que comunica con Pallejà cada hora aproximadamente. Y con menos frecuencia durante el fin de semana.

If you want to stay in a very quiet place near Barcelona and the sea this is the perfect place. This house is the perfect place for big groups and families are travelling together. This villa is in a quiet but well connected residential area in the hills above the village, only 5’ walk to the town centre, and located next to Barcelona 30' by car, also it is possible go to Barcelona by train in 40’ you can arrive in downtown BCN. The beach is only 2 km from the house.

Beautiful 15th century villa on 30 acre estate

Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park.
