El piso se encuentra en pleno centro de Mólina de Segura,un pueblo acogedor cerca de la capital de Murcia,aproximadamente a 8 kilómetros,el apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones,una de matrimonio y otra de invitados con dos camas,las dos bastante acogedoras,un salón y una cocina equipada,cerca hay supermercados,farmacias y la parada del autobús,la zona es tranquila y segura.estoy a 3 kilómetros de la universidad y a 6 de Archena,donde hay uno de los mejores balnearios de España

La pequeña playa de la cala Higuera esta a 7 min andando. La playa de Los Locos esta a 15 min. El supermercado Consum esta a 5 min. El apartamento esta equipado con a/a, internet de fibra optica, la tele smart de 55. Hay un sofa cama (160x200). El apartamento dispone del parking privado. No hay piscina.
