Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Fire pit, horseshoes, more!!!

The Black Haven Tiny Home

This new modern home is anything but ordinary. With four 11 foot windows lining the front of the home it allows for the space to feel light and airy. The bright interior is a perfect contrast to the exterior. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Newbury Neck Beach. This home offers parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor lounge area. Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Ellsworth is the gateway to Downeast Maine. Just minutes from Acadia National Park, and Bar Harbor, enjoy relaxing along Ellsworth's pristine 9 mile long 120 foot deep Branch Lake (one of Maine's most best kept secrets)! Our furnished lake side cottage is a perfect place to vacation in Maine. You won't find a more beautiful or convenient, yet secluded spot, anywhere. Enjoy using our kayaks, pedal boat, fishing equipment, and canoe. Go swimming in our sandy waterfront or just relax on shore.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oceanfront home! Bring your canoe, kayak, or paddle board, and explore the Union River and Union River Bay. Renting kayaks to be delivered to the home is also an option. You’ll enjoy grilling, sitting around the fire pit, and star gazing in the large backyard. This home offers a 1st floor bedroom with king size bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed, and a bedroom with a queen. The kitchen and dining room flow through to the living room.

My Blue Heaven

The cabin is totally renovated with new appliances. Very cute and cozy, perfect for couples looking for a romantic get away. Jenkins Beach is closed for renovations this summer but you can still rent/launch boats there for a small fee. The cabin has WiFi and two TV’s, one has Apple TV, the other has streaming services as well and both have DVD players. Our cabin is not childproof, so not suitable for children under 5. Please look closely at the pictures if you’re bringing a small child.

Lamoine Modern

This modern house designed by award-winning architect Bruce Norelius and built by Peacock Builders is located in the woods of Lamoine but close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park for day and night excursions. Furnished with luxury appliances and supplies for your comfort and use, it is a short walk to quiet Lamoine Beach with views of Mount Desert Island and Frenchman Bay. Peaceful, modern retreat. Please, no pets. Family-friendly with the gear needed for the littlest guests.

It’s off grid, cottage core, and has a beautiful & fragrant cedar sauna. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.
