I had such a wonderful stay here—one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The apartment is exactly as described (if not better): tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and full of thoughtful touches that really elevate the stay. A bottle of wine and a selection of Nespresso pods were waiting for me on arrival, which was such a lovely welcome after a long journey. The location is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy right from the upstairs lounge It felt like the perfect retreat, yet it’s still just a short drive to shops, restaurants and the beach is opposite! The hosts were brilliant—friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in making guests feel at home. Everything has been done to a really high standard, from the linens to the kitchen equipment to the little design details. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax and know you’re in good hands. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Stacey's place is airy and quite pleasant, with the wide-open view of the ocean! The kitchen was also particularly well equipped, both in terms of hard equipment and usable items (paper towels, coffee and washing soap). The braai stand was also special - allowed us to enjoy a good braai facing the ocean!

Stephanie's place was even better than it looked in the photos. It was dainty, tropical, and beautiful. We had a great time, and she was an amazing host

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in La Mercy(Beach Haven)with my family! The accommodation was spotless—neat, tidy, and well-maintained throughout. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea views, which made every morning and evening extra special. The hosts were fantastic—so warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to anything we needed. Communication was smooth and efficient from start to finish, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway with top-notch hospitality!

What an amazing getaway - absolutely stunning views, walking distance from the beach and near amazing restaurants and shops. We had our toddler and our senior dog with us, and both of them enjoyed it thoroughly. Felt like home away from home. I have been staying here for few months now and still here. That alone explains how much I love this place and dont want to go anywhere else. This is a definition of home away from home. I feel at home and at peace all the time. Very secure place too, you have a peace of mind when you are here knowing you are secure. There are CCTV camera round the property too. Always having clean beddings, place is cleaned all the time, you dont even have to ask them come clean. You agree at first, when and how many times do you want your place cleaned and it remains like that. This way you can plan your day of cleaning to be out to allow for cleaning without being bothered by anything. Lastly, I will recommend this place anytime to anyone. Its build for business and also tourists stay.

Beautiful and peaceful Will definitely be back

We had a wonderful time at Seaview. The views from the mains and the reception rooms are a wonderful mix of sea and natural park. Really refreshing and private. We also felt safe when doing our morning walks. Many convenience shops within good reach. This was a beautiful and classy place to spend time with family. Highly recommended from our family. Really loved every moment.

Leslie's home was great. It was in a great location and Leslie was easy to get hold of when we had question. There were a couple of minor issues that were easily sorted out, like the location of the stove switch and the keys to one of the sliding doors. The only downside, had to do with the parking - there was something that dripped from the parking ceiling onto my windscreen and bonnet and I'm struggling to remove it.

We had a lovely stay. The view is spectacular and having our breakfast and dinner on the veranda overlooking the sea and watching the sun rise and set was so special. The unit is very large and we comfortably stayed there with 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the pool!! And we walked straight onto the beach every day. We’ll definitely book this unit again. 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Avikar’s place. The view from the apartment was amazing, the apartment was located in a peaceful area and the place was within walking distance to restaurants and Ushaka Marine World. I’d stay at Avikar’s place again when next in Durban.

We had the most amazing stay at Vi’s place the place was perfect, clean and has the most beautiful ocean view in the bedroom, the view in the kitchen was also super lovely.

Very neat apartment. Host provided coffee, tea, drinking chocolate, milk, chocolate bar and oreos which was quite impressive. He also provided, shampoo, body wash, lotion and dishwashing soap. The apartment is close to shops and eateries and it has a nice private walk way to the beach. He was always very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this space
