Ruth is a great hostess. She was east to communicate with. The home is well appointed and a much needed space to reflect after a 5 week trip in South Africa. Easy walk to restaurants, tut tut or uber also easily available. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Ruth’s art work is lovely on the walls as well. Thank you for a peaceful stay.

An absolute paradise! Great for all ages, we had from a toddler for the day to 85 year old mama, who all felt at home and had a wonderful time. We lived on the back porch, soaking in the sun and breeze and catching up with each other after 2 years apart. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at this beautiful seaside accommodation felt just like being in our own holiday home. The views were absolutely breathtaking—watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning was truly magical. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable, yet gave us all the privacy we could want. It was peaceful and quiet—we hardly knew they were there. The short walk to the beach with our son was a highlight and added to the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. This is a place we’ll definitely return to—it’s everything a coastal escape should be.

Debs was incredible from communicating to arrival, warm welcoming and even helped me offload the car. The place was amazing, beautiful view of the ocean, from main room and living area, gorgeous sound of the waves, clean with services to tidy up daily. Amazing beach access and access to the promenade to walk. We really had such an amazing stay there and would definitely come again!

Well appointed, comfortable unit with lots of space and light. Located right on the beach with easy access to the promenade for walking. Lovely, spacious patio with 180 degree views of the ocean. Kitchen is modern with all appliances. Thank you, we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

The Beach House was everything I hoped it to be. Spacious enough for a comfortable family gathering for a special occasion! The sunrise view from the Beach House on a clear morning is something dreams are made of and out of a picture book. The dolphins put on a show on the last day which then meant all the boxes for this holiday were ticked! The pool and lapa in a protected area an added alternative and bonus. Thank you for a dream week away... I hope to be back again in the future!

Carla is an exceptional host. Communication was on point from the time of booking right through to checkout. Umdloti had a bit of a power outage during our stay and Carla messaged regularly with updates regarding the power situation. There was also a minor, non-urgent maintenance issue that I informed Carla about and she got it attended to immediately. Hats off to her for that. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and met our expectations. The apartment is about 30-40 metres away from the road, so the neighbouring buildings that extend right upto the street do obstruct a 180 degree sea view, as well as the sunrise (no sunrise view from the apartment). The views are still wonderful despite this. On the whole, excellent suburb, excellent apartment and excellent host. I will definitely consider booking this apartment again.
