Chandler's Rest is an utter gem if you're looking for a peaceful farm stay in the beautiful countryside! The house has been restored meticulously to its former glory with renovations making for a very comfortable, clean and modernised stay - the photos really don't do it justice. When we walked through the door all we could say was 'wow'! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset, listening to and spotting cows and kangaroos on the property, while winding down to take in the gorgeous surrounds. The kitchen was well equipped that we were able to cook and have most meals at home. We cannot recommend staying here enough!

the property was really nice, the room is clean, a lot of amenities provided, snacks, board game, breakfast! overall the time we spend there was wonderful! the bedding was comfortable, there's warmer matt as well. the only downside is the sound of bell I think it's from the clock at every hours, it quite disturbing our rest at night.

Very nice cosy little place perfect for a couple like us and a pet. This place might not be your last destination to go to but it’s prefect to stay mid trip to rest. It has everything from all amenities, cooking tools and appliances, even movies choices. Will recommend this place and I personally will stay here again in the future.

Feed farm animals and find kangaroos around are amazing experiences. 30mins drive to mayfield garden. We enjoyed our weekend here.

It was a pleasure to relax and unwind with our twins for a couple days. So close to beautiful Millthorpe. Quant little cottage. Amanda was a pleasure to deal with.

A wonderful find, suitable for family stays, whether big or small. Everything was spotless, and we felt very much at home. Amazing big sky views, and far enough from the town centre to get good stars, but close enough to be convenient driving. Looking forward to staying again!

Emily was thoughtful and accommodating host, place was nice and clean, great mattresses and bed linen was fresh and cozy. kitchen was clean and all the dishes was good withouth greasy feel to it. House had spectacular view. Only one thing for me, I wish property had trees that change colour in autumn as it would definitely add charm to it, may be in future 😊

Ideal for us as we had separate bedrooms with ensuites but combined lounge dining areas where could mingle. Accommodation was well maintained, very bad storms during our stay meant the surrounding grounds were damaged with sun shades blown off and gardens wind swept, but that was the result of mother nature not Angela.

Absolutely loved our stay at Dimby Cottage. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay to celebrate a special birthday. The home was very well presented and we loved the decor too. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the evenings. We found the bedrooms to be very sound proof and were thankful for electric blankets as well. The heated floors in the bathroom were a bonus.
