Situé dans le très agréable quartier du port et des antiquaires, très tendance et agrémenté de nombreux bars & restaurants. Avec sa grande terrasse ensoleillée face à la mer et le port, cet appartement calme typiquement niçois vous charmera à coup sûr. A deux pas de la colline du château (et sa belle vue sur la baie des anges), des plages, du vieux Nice et du marché au fleurs Accès direct par le tram 2 (terminus Port Lympia) en provenance de l'aéroport ou tram 1 depuis la gare (Garibaldi).

Propriété de 3500 m2 en restanques de pierres sèches, plantée d'oliviers centenaires, magnifique vue sur le village médiéval et les collines environnantes. Idéal pour se reposer au calme absolu à 30 mn de la mer (Cannes, Antibes, Nice) et à 30 mn des stations de ski. Commerces à 5 mn. Piscine privée chauffée (du 15 mai au 30 septembre) de 11 m x 5 m. Terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong. Voiture indispensable.

Wonderfull view and... Charme à la française !

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.
