Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. As you walk into the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for cozying up after a long day of outdoor activities. The property has a private deck complete with a fire pit where you can gather around in the evenings while enjoying the starry night sky. Relax in our private indoor hot tub, available for use year-round. The south end of the lake has an adorable general store that offers a variety of goods and activities.
