The unit is located in the newly developed Tuscan Village area of Salem, NH, which is by far the best location in town. The space itself is luxurious, and my host was absolutely perfect—accommodating, helpful, and attentive. She greeted me upon arrival and ensured I had everything I needed to get settled in smoothly.

Rafael was very responsive and the place was clean. Only problem was the washing machine was broken for our stay but Rafael was very accommodating and even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Very great host!

Great modern furnished apartment that our family of five enjoyed staying in for 6 nights. While the immediate area is undergoing some real estate development, it’s a short walk to Revere beach and very conveniently located on the blue line to get into Boston. We commuted very easily to all of the events and attractions on our must-do list including sports events at TD gardens, the Freedom Trail, Boston Duck Tour, Quincy Market, and Harvard University tour. Highly recommend Ryan as a host and would definitely choose to stay again for any future visit to Boston.

An’s place & great service, ticked all of the right boxes. I just found the price a bit steep especially with CAD currency. But the market value dictates this. I would strongly recommend this place. Cheers.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment near Boston! The space was stylish, incredibly clean, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, close enough to easily enjoy Boston but quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Our host was very responsive, check-in was seamless, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

We enjoyed staying at this space. Freddy even put a home gym in the with a yoga mat, that I happily use to stretch after miles of walking. Shower is great and hot, which is important for us. The area is extremely safe, very close to the bus stop that take us to the city. We also visited Stewart Pub, nearby, for the best fish and chips cooked by the owner from Scotland. Don't hesitate and book.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this apartment. - Very convenient location: there are many cafe, restaurant and shops around and Trader Joe (for the days we just want few bites at home). Beautiful surroundings next to the lake, few minutes walk to subway station. - Host is very responsive, fast communication which makes our stay more pleasant. - The apartment is very clean and spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. Feels like cozy home for us. We look forward coming home after sightseeing outside. If we come to Boston again, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Highly recommended.

This condo was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the commuter rail and centrally located. The place itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. Mathew was a great host. If you’re looking for a high end dinner experience, I highly recommend checking out the Nightshade Noodle Bar, which is just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! We chose Swampscott purely out of close proximity to Salem; about a 15-20 min car ride. However, Swampscott ended up being an unexpected gem. The town is very quaint with multiple local restaurants. Most are within walking distance of condo & with views of the bay. Condo was very clean. Instructions for check-in/ check-out were simple. Overall highly recommend! Especially if you’re an out-of-towner wanting a taste of the north MA coastline.

It is a really cool old house with lots of character. We felt safe and secure and at home there. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Boston area

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon and it was a great place and its close to public transit which makes the whole city accessible. Plus it is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Really great property , stayed to visit Salem MA and surrounding areas which was a short 15/20 min drive . The house was large and open . Perfect for our needs , with kids tvs in each room was a plus , comfortable beds and blankets . A game room and home gym was a great addition , But most of all I’ll miss the heated toilet seat , you don’t know what you have until it’s gone ! , but really we would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the area

We rented the house to host my family for Christmas. The house was perfect for that. Well equipped with plenty of room to spread out. I bet the summer is really great with the pool and the beach right across the street! Jane was very responsive to our questions. I’d recommend Evolve for a family stay.

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at nearby Atkinson Country Club. The home is spacious and luxurious and allowed our extended family to all be together for this special occasion. Hosts were always available to answer any questions and made us feel welcome from the very beginning . Highly recommend .😊

All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

We loved Shahla''s placed. The space was clean and very well kept. The location was in a prime location to restaurants. Shahla was very hospitable in every way. Everything was well stocked and available for quests. We would stay in Shahla's place again.

Liann’s place was perfect for our girls’ trip! The home has beautiful New England charm and was stocked with everything we needed. While it is off a main road, there was minimal noise. The backyard offered a peaceful place to sit together and enjoy the cool weather. We especially loved the den area that is perfectly set up for a comfy movie night after a day of exploring. It is a 15-min drive to Salem which made it easy to Uber anywhere. I highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. This is definitely our first option for our next Salem adventure!
